Do you restock sold-out items?
Nope.
Do you offer custom or pre-order pieces?
Occasionally, yes! Limited drops or custom releases are announced on our Instagram.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being packed and prepared for shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping fees vary based on location and are automatically calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Dubai usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other Emirates will take 2–4 working days. You’ll receive live tracking updates once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via text or WhatsApp, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
We currently accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
