We want you to love your Jnkverse piece. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for:
      - Final sale items
      - Custom or limited edition drops

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund via your original payment
  method.

How to Initiate a Return

Email mailtojnkverse@gmail.com with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A clear reason for the return
✅ Photos if there’s a defect
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery,
and we’ll fix it ASAP.
